Venomous & non-venomous Snake Aversion Training
Non-venomous Aversion Training
Non-Venomous Snake Aversion Training is designed to teach dogs to recognize and avoid snakes while giving owners the tools to safely navigate wildlife encounters.
As a former wildlife biologist with years of experience working in California's forests and native habitats, my training combines practical dog training with real-world wildlife education to help keep both dogs and* snakes safe.

Venomous Aversion Training
Bring on the rattlers! These events will be when we bring live rattlesnakes (who are safely and humanely muzzled) to get the final stage in training and expose your dog to this snake species specifically. Jake is a fantastic resource! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and he comes up to Redding to offer his services.
Jake will be in Redding in Fall 2026, and Spring 2027
When dates are set we will be opening sign-ups!
